Woke up early today and took my kid to a replica of a pirate ship that’s sailing around the world. Taking a 2.5 year old on a ship docked in the middle of the Mississippi River was ambitious but it was so fun. Happy to be present in every moment.

That is one of the many gifts sobriety gives us, the ability to make truly beautiful memories with the people we love. Cherish every moment you have and keep working on your recovery. I know you and your kid will go on to have many more incredible adventures
