I stayed sober and I’m tired in that deep way only the holidays bring.
Grateful, a little emotional in a good way, trying to get my feet back under me today.

I got through it alone and I’m grateful for the gym being open today. It’s my 5th sober Christmas and it’s been a particularly rough one.
