Grateful I’ve surrounded myself with the support I have over the last year. Had surgery to correct my fingers from an accident in November last week and it’s been rough. Staying in contact with my sponsor and sober friends has kept my head on straight despite the pain. Hopefully the pins in my fingers come out soon and I can put all of this behind me. Regardless, every day is a blessing to be sober and alive.

You can do it! I’ve had two surgeries (hernias) in sobriety. This will just be another thing you know you can get through sober.
