Yes it happens. I’ve been betrayed in the worst of ways - even by my mama. But I believe in Karma. Not the kind that tells me the universe will get revenge. No. The kind that tells me all the things that have happened, the betrayal, the abuse, the shitshow of a childhood I had - all happened for me to learn something I needed to grow and evolve in this lifetime. And for me that was the lesson of compassion, forgiveness, and ultimately pure love. What you’re going through right now may hurt and make you feel bitter.. but there is light in it if you seek it..
