I quit 45 yrs ago. I have to say quitting the bottle was harder. Being clean from both feals real good. You can do it. Best of luck

I quit several years ago and started vaping. Then I gave the vaping up. It is hard. I actually have urges still to smoke when I do certain things

My doctor wrote me a script for this Nicotrol Inhaler. I haven’t used it yet but I heard it works. I’m trying to quit cold turkey but it looks ok. I tried the patch back in April and that just made my arm itch.
