This wil sound silly, what can I "find read etc to also learn 1) why n how to be sober? 2) why and how to be sober , but seriously any advice plz
Not silly at all! AA and NA have many books on the subject. AA has "The Big Book." NA has"The Basic Text."
I follow the Bible and supplement with other 12 Step material including the Christian based Celebrate Recovery material.
