Having the most awful and challenging day in my journey yesterday and not turning to alcohol to cope. :heartpulse:

Stay strong, Erin. I can assure you that you are not fragile and will endure. I've found the good times wouldn't be so sweet if the bad times weren't so difficult. So double down and keep working your support system because its clearly working. You are living proof of that.

I beleive in you and you're worth it.

Before I went to rehab I was getting clean on my own and my uncle died that was challenging for me and I didn’t go to back I’m on a life journey to wellness and I applaud you for sticking with it it’s hard sometimes.

This is exactly what makes diamonds so valuable and unique. Being able to not fold under pressure.

Learning to embrace the struggle while you’re sober is so rewarding once the storms have passed.

Good job on staying sober hope everything looks up for you soon! Remember the bad along with the good shall pass.
