It feels real good when people tell you they can see the change in you even if u don't see it yet. I'm in the bulk of the work but I am starting to see how I view things differently & carry myself with positive actions.

I got a number of comments when I first returned to work. I didn't realize how bad I must have looked towards the end of my drinking career.

Yeah I know what u mean. How I carried myself was not like a man should. AA might not be for everyone but it's helping me see my true potential.
It definitely feels good I have to remember I don't need validation thru others and keep pushing to be a better me for me not them.

For sure. I wish I'd have walked this path & gone on this journey years ago. It truly is a lifestyle change.
