Put down the bat. Pick up a feather!

Love this quote from the Lossid Sober Tip of the Day!
I am very grateful this morning for being approved to go ahead with Anger Management Groups! I am so excited to be turning our curriculum into a PowerPoint! I am grateful for being given the time to so so.
I am grateful this morning for how much Shiloh loves and adores Lil Man. She follows his around everywhere. I am grateful for this because he is so spoiled and can be so contrite.
Grateful today for another day sober and for being given the opportunity to serve our community as a SU Treatment leader. Yesterday I farewell to a lady who has completed the 18 week program. She was so combative in the beginning and she left yesterday thanking me for all she learned and for now seeing how much alcohol had been in control of her life.
Grateful today for Lil Man and hopefully Shiloh going to the groomers. Yep, Shiloh gets her first grooming day!
I am grateful today to sober and to feel all the feels. Tomorrow is 6 years since my husband's suicide. It is the first year that I am sober and not focused on anything else (finding a job) to be preoccupied by or with. I am feeling the sadness at the loss of life. I also recognize that his death was a catalyst for my sobriety and personal growth journey. :sparkles:
I am grateful. Today, I am sober and strong.
