So I'm getting ready to go back to school for nursing and when I was nervous or my anxiety was through the roof I had took a drink or used Crystal meth to calm me down what are some suggestive that I can do so I will not use or drink please let me know y'all

Luke warm shower, drink warm tea, try CBT therapy, counselor, 54321, deep breathing. I take medication that helps with my anxiety.

Guided breathing exercises helped me when things got overwhelming.
There are short, through long guided breath work and guided meditation exercises available on YouTube.
Some are suitable to help yoi relax, reduce stress and also relax to fall asleep.
