Question if you do ur 1st AA meeting online.... How do you get the 1day sober chip?

Hi Alicia, most meetings do not mail chips, so if you want a chip I suggest going to in person meetings. I know of a Hawaii meeting that mails chips, I’m not sure if they mail anywhere or just within Hawaii.

Ok thank you I am trying to walk into a meeting but gives me anxiety everytime I get to the door.

I had HUGE. Anxiety first few meetings. Better face to face imho.

If it is a open meeting.take someone with you.you may fill better. Aa :dromedary_camel:

I attended a meeting the other day and a lady was told to screenshot it. Personally I want to touch, feel and hold mine with me as a reminder so I’d be going in person :heart: I have attended several over Zoom and I was anxious but I’ve found speaking up and being present makes your bond with your group members better and it helps with your sobriety in the end :heart:
