Question πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I sleep wayyy better, but the challenge is coping with anxiety naturally.

Love this! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes: Well said.

Probably my biggest changes are being naturally hyper in the day (and night at times. Lolz) and peaceful during quiet times.

Biggest change is overall happiness and sense of self-worth... I'm filling my time with productivity and serving others in various capacities instead of just focusing on what's best for me- and ironically, that's exactly what ends up being best for me. I'm forging relationships based on being a better person that people wish to be around or emulate instead of being based on those who can put up with me.

Biggest challenge is myself and old habits, I'm constantly having to work on pride and temper.

The biggest change for me was peace and acceptance .my biggest challenge is watching my adult son be just like I was.

Ooooo. That’s a hard one. I can’t even imagine…Atleast your sober and can be clear headed enough to be there for him when he’s ready and for support… Gotta look at the positive side and not be too hard on yourself. Hang in there. :pray:t3:

Definitely. When life happens or gets hard… we have to re-adjust and figure out how to deal with things in a healthy way… Living life sober is def a challenge but getting easier day by day. Your not alone with that one.

Naturally hyper is the best. Beats being lazy and unmotivated and depressed any day!! We can get things done and not have to feel like life is a constant chore! lol . I’m with ya.

I believe in myself more, I can turn a cheek and be the bigger person when my characters attacked and know I'm not not alone now. Insomnia, as you already know, is my biggest struggle I face each day. Which is something I am trying to conquer but something that still needs to be worked on..

Healthy routines, from making my bed in the morning to being mindful on my body and mind. If those aren’t healthy, then I have a rough day ahead of me

True. It’s not so bad after you find better coping skills to replace the old ways.

Insomnia is both of ours. It’s def a huge change. I strive to be a morning person and not a night owl anymore. Structure is key… something i’m still working on myself.

Oh yeah!!!!! That is one of my most important rules. Otherwise i get back in my bed and sleep for hours. I broke out of that routine once i got into rehab and my girls would wake me up every morning, as much as i hated it. It helped me immensely!!!! Now it’s def coming into play at home and i’m so thankful for them. :key: :raised_hands:t3:
