Quiet guidance

Today I am open. I have let go of my will and I’m grateful and quiet. If there is something for me to learn today I trust that I can. I sit and as racing thoughts come I gently push them aside. A clean quiet mind so I can be ready for what’s to come. Grateful for Gods guidance.

My therapist has taught me a lot about the different states of mind. It seems you are able to acknowledge the clean mind. You'll eventually be able to think and act with a clear mind- a balance between the clean + addict mind. I'm hoping you'll eventually be able to master what's called the wise mind (the great in between of the rational + emotional mind) sorry that's a whole lot of mind - for today keep with the clean mind.
