Try the easyway to quit smoking book I never was a smoker but it helped a lot people quit

I have heard good things about that book, however everything I have ever quit has been cold turkey so going to keep on with that

It’s cold turkey it just shapes your beliefs around smoking afterwards you never want to do it again
