Yesterday’s history, Tomorrow’s a mystery, You can’t change the past, So live today like it’s your last. Not bad right? Thought provoking too. Like are you going to live what could be your last day with a fuck it attitude and why’s it gonna matter anyway OR you gonna live it with purpose and intent where everything you do is to the best of your abilities? One day at a time Ash. Even one hour at a time if needed. We can either be our worst enemy or our biggest supporter. Who are you going to be for yourself today? If you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired think about this. Addiction is giving up everything for one thing. Recovery is giving up one thing for everything…. GET EVERYTHING BACK!! You deserve to be back in the driver seat making your own decisions and stop letting your addiction dictate your today, tonight and tomorrow. Stay strong
