During Covid I ate gummies and used my thc pen at work. I hate that I couldn’t function any other way.

I’d drink before work, on lunch, and after. I almost got caught once. I still didn’t stop until much later.
Realizing these things is a good tool to use, it’s progress. Don’t judge your past self. Keep moving forward.
