Really going through the motions. Pregnancy just reminds me of watching my father die aug of 2024 when i was pregnant with my first. Doing all of the things..positive affirmations, prayer, journaling, reading. But being so vulnerable can make this journey so much harder and more lonely. He was just 62. I wish i had friends that checked on me. I wish i had more support. Just looking for kind words right now. ...a
