Rebuilding

When on your recovery journey you learn that there are certain aspects of your life that you take out or rebuild. There might be things in your life that might not fit anymore now that you are on your recovery journey. Things that you enjoy might not be beneficial anymore.

Cutting out certain things in your life can be hard especially when you have had them in your life for so long. But change doesn’t always have to be a bad thing, it can be good and beneficial!
