Really struggling with regret as my wife has moved on while we’re seperated. Newly sober and its overwhelming.

John, I know your pain. In my early sobriety my marriage and many other parts of my life completely collapsed. It was scary, lonely and painful. But I dug in deep on my sober program. Went to lots of in person AA/NA/CA meetings daily and nightly. I threw myself into service too. It was the best choice I ever made. I built a whole new life. 17 years of grateful sobriety and still here to be of service. I’m totally here if you want to talk or have any questions
