My first sponsor asked me to write down 10 instances where my life was unmanageable due to my drinking…….after we read it together she said “ if you ever think about picking up a drink, just re read what you have written. I would like to ask anyone here if they would like to write down your 10 instances, and maybe go to meetings and get a sponsor if you do not yet have one.
