Iโ€™m also a fan of Seltzer Squad. If I were a mid-thirties woman recovering from substance abuse in the city, I feel like I would fit perfectly on the squad. :joy: This Naked Mind is also great. First book/podcast that lit my sober curious fire. I would also throw in Habitat Recovery with Dallas Parker.

Rich Roll, on YouTube is real good and relatable within many measures.. also dr. Andrew Huber Mann is good to really get some sober curious first layer peeled back if you havenโ€™t to understanding deeply into the addicted mind and how to understand the science of the awareness side of your mentality and much more.
