Hi Shay I know you’re struggling at the moment but you’ve already made huge steps, you’ve got this at one day at a time, I saw this early on in my sobriety and kept it:
Keep going.
No matter how stuck you feel.
No matter how bad things are right now.
No matter how many days you've spent crying. No matter how hopeless and depressed you feel. No matter how many days you've spent wishing things were different.
I promise you won't feel this way forever.
Keep going.

2 months sober felt like a very long journey for me as well. I remember saying, "Wow 2 months feels like it's taking forever. Feels like it's been 5 months!" Keep it up, youre doing amazing! You've come so far already, just keep taking it one day at a time and before you know it you'll be celebrating 3 months and so on. Happy for you and here for you!

Thats awesome yeah it seems like a long journey but its worth the wait...as you progress you see how much better life can be..I never thought I would see a day let alone a month now over year and half..stay strong and always reach out even just to chat and have a friendly ear to lean on
