Hello, I am new to this app. I am currently 3.5 months sober from meth and fentynal. I have still been having pretty bad cravings for meth... What are some things I could do to distract myself with the cravings?

Congrats, that’s huge! Cravings are tough, but they do pass. Every craving you ride out is proof that you’re STRONGER!

Respectfully my friend, distraction has not alot to do with sobriety. For me accepting is the key, accept you are sober, accept you are changing and be at peace! You got this :+1:
