Welcome to Loosid.
I have a mantra that keeps me centered because I was an active addiction for 10 years to alcohol. Today I have a little plaque in my bathroom that I read every morning that says with my whole heart for my whole life and I add to it I commit to my sobriety by taking it one day at a time.
Keep being committed to doing this for no one else but yourself.
