Recovery

There are so many components to our recovery. I can name a few of mine, all are vital to my happiness & recovery.

Family: I’m grateful for every second I get to be a dad and husband.

  • AA: Meetings, fellowship, and giving back.

  • SMART Recovery: Helps me grow as a person and helps me deal with life’s situations.

  • Running, lifting: VITAL! Overall health and emotional wellness.

  • Yoga/mindfulness: I was surprised how much I enjoy this

  • Outdoors & solitude: A must for me.
