What started as a 30 day challenge to myself after reading Quit Like a Woman, has turned into almost 2 and a half years of sobriety. This past weekend was my bachelorette and I seriously considered reintroducing alcohol into my life, having confidence I could have a different relationship with it. Incredibly grateful to have decided against that and continue on with this sober journey. I’m feeling proud of my growth today and for choosing what is best for my health and life instead of what is fun in the moment
