I haven’t been on this app for about 2 weeks what a mistake .. I have been relapsing and yesterday I relapsed bad and was day drinking … it all came back to me the stress the anxiety the guilt … hoping to start again .. I miss you guys and the accountability that I have when I post … so I am back … and hopefully this time I will be successful!!

Good morning, Flo. I strongly suggest building a support group. These are folks who you can call BEFORE you pick up. Glad that you're back!

Hi Flo, I'm new here. I think sometimes relapsing helps us. That is if we can kick it in the bud and come right back. Unfortunately we don't always come right back. I was sober for 2 years, and relapsed and just now came back after a 4 year back and forth. Glad that you came back. Let it go and get back into the swing.

Sometimes I find it easier to distinguish sober me and not sober me. Understanding that addiction is a sickness without cure. You did great. It was a learning experience. You know this app helps and it's better for you to be here with a group of people.
