Relapse and recovery

i relapsed but I'm back, it's hard to have a relapse with a head full of NA. day one tomorrow!

Keep at it. Soon you'll be at a week! Then 30 days. By then any post acute withdrawal symptoms will be gone.

A relapse on recovery does make it hard but honestly it not only ruined my relapse but also helped me to come back with a stronger program. It's almost been a year since my relapse and this past year I've felt much stronger in recovery. Keep coming back it works

I’m also on day 1 - new here today. It takes courage to come back.

You can do this you got it girl it's hard but it's never too late just jump back on the wagon don't feel bad cause we all fall in the beginning but will figure it out
