My emotions are all over the place the old me would have given up...but I am to blame for this mess...so I will show up today and have hope that this too shall pass...
It will pass, as I well know this feeling. Figure out your program, and follow it every single minute of the day.

Its a daily reprieve ask yourself what am I doing for my sobriety.. and imprtant to get grounded with hp in morning
