I have never learned to cope with my emotions and dont knownwhere to start, so when things dont work out i turn to substances

Start by identifying your emotions how do they make you feel what sensations happen in your body. Try meditation journaling art or find a therapist to help guide you through your emotions.

I have not felt emotions in 10 years, every time I have I use

Learning to live life on life’s terms isn’t always easy but the more you reach out for help the more you will start getting and feeling better a new day :blush:
