Susan, you’re not alone. I was there too many times! Our addiction is powerful, cunning and baffling. I learned not to fight these battles on my own. I use my sober brothers & sisters, the AA program and I stay very aware that I’m an addict. 16+ years of continuous sobriety and grateful
I’m here if you want to talk

Forgive yourself & think of it as a “data point” & mine that data. Were you hungry, angry, bored, lonely, thirsty? I encourage you to look up Annie Grace!! She can help you get rid of your false beliefs around alcohol … like thinking you NEED it … we DON’T!!! I read her books which we very enlightening!!!. I borrowed them for free from the library & her app is free too. It’s called This Naked Mind Companion app where you can find support. Her method is science based & compassion led with no judgment. Good luck!!! :purple_heart:

Ty so much for your support

Yes we can :muscle:t3:
