Hey Miranda, most of us have. Try ton remember why you don't want to live that way, and out the pieces together. You can live a rich and fulfilling life.

That’s ok Miranda…. The amount of time doesn’t matter as long as you stay sober today … rinse and repeat :pray:t3:

Miranda, the important thing is your honesty, your here, making the right choice. Whatever you do don’t drink or use today ok. Be kind to yourself. You say you need real talk. The question you should be asking yourself What do I really want this time? What can I do different this time? Are you sick of being sick and tired? Really truly ask yourself. Yes we can be here to support you but you have to be willing. We all have choices, choices of free will it’s that choice that you get to decide ok Today I’m not going to use or drink. !! Get to a meeting ASAP. Get a sponsor, speak up as suggested. Get numbers, surround yourself with positive people. Work a program. I know it seems overwhelming but if you stick to the suggestions you will see a Big change in your life.. I promise!! Sending prayers

Miranda GET HELP. Get to women's AA meetings and make some solid sober connections. You have to fill in some of your free time with sober people, doing sober things.

Please don't try to do this alone. All the "prayers" in the world are useless,. You need real life back up.

I’m struggling

So have I. So do most. And is it a relapse or a lapse, there’s a big difference. Just restart the clock, it isn’t a race, it’s a marathon. Remember the only drink you have to avoid is the first one.
