Had a relapse last week instead of celebrating a year sober I’m starting over. Family is disappointed in me but today I’m choosing me over their opinion of me.

Welcome back to your road to recovery, speed bumps happen to everyone. I am proud of you for not letting the bump define you, and instead has you dusting yourself off and getting back on this crazy ride of sobriety!!!

Don’t be so hard on yourself!! Analyze what made you relapse!!! Relapse are the roads to recovery beautiful!!!

It’s a disease !! It can happen to any of us, what matters is that you’re gonna keep going! Doesn’t matter how many times you fall as long as you keep going.
Don’t beat yourself up, it happens to the best of us! Tomorrow is a new day.
