Relapsed after I had my child about a year ago..wish I would have gotten my head on straight before I brought someone else in the world that depends on me

No better time than now to get yourself straight. My kids were all teens before I did. They all saw me at the bottom, and it took a while for them to trust me again. You can do it! We all got your back.

You have to try to focus on what you can do to stay sober right now! Reaching out is a great step in the right direction and you have support!

Welcome Reb, lots of good people here. You didn't mention your doc. Mine was Alcohol and sober 15 months. I will talk sobriety anytime reach out anytime. :blush::pray::hibiscus:

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. What you do with it is up to you. Getting on this app and reaching out is a good start. You should find out where there are AA meetings at and start attending them. It's always better to surround yourself with people who have been where you are and have long-term sobriety
