Relapsed again. Feeling out of control. Really struggling emotionally today with guilt and regret
Relapse happens. Don’t be too hard on yourself. If you are in a program reach out to someone. If you are not, I would suggest it. You can get through it.
Stay positive and restart your journey today.
Recovery is about progression not perfection.
Well use positive emotions instead of negative, like Hope, Inspiration and Excitement… it’s a new day and a new start! You are not working against a clock and a calendar, your working with now!! Best to you!
It is ok to feel at a low point. Just don't stay there. A relapse is just a pothole on the highway. It hurts to hit it. May knock your alignment off and may flatten your tire, but all of that can be fixed at the next exit.
I have relapsed so many times. I feel ya girl. Hopefully this time will be different. Next time you wanna use just remember how you feel now. Long term goals over short term satisfaction. you can always message me if you need to chat.
Part of the journey. Don't beat yourself up. Just start again and keep starting until it sticks

We’ve all been there, same regrets, feelings, etc. Dust yourself off and start all over again. Perseverance.
If it hurts when you do that , don't do that. Is a lesson that was far more painful than it should have been for me.
relapse happens don't be down on yourself. Reach out to somebody that's close to you so you can go have coffee with them today or talk to your sponsor. Go to a meeting in a little help you and all the people that are in that room will help you to I will be praying for you but I know you got this just don't go back to not being sober. It's so so much more strength that you reached out just make sure you go to a meeting like now so you can surround yourself with people that are sober
