I been there many times. I'm on day three of being sober so, I know what you are going through. It's the disease! I been attending A.A. that's the only way for me and asking Jesus for his help.
You got this Ana..we all have a bunch of day 1s..some of us never get that chance
Never alone, you came here. Don't beat yourself up, these things happen, it's how you bounce back that makes the difference. Trying to find healthy habits to break the cycle of bad ones (easier said then done I know). Just for today, you realized you went back and now the rebound can happen.

You’re not alone. Glad you make it back in a day. The last time I relapsed I was gone a year and a half sobriety came when I tried to kill myself. I’m glad you’re here. I’m praying for you. I use my relapse as a tool to what I was doing wrong in recovery it helps. Keep me sober today.
