It happens…. Don’t beat yourself up. It’s in the past. Focus on the future.

It happens. The important part is what you do next. Give yourself some grace and focus on your goals moving forward.

Lost my sister, nephew and my 18 year old cockapoo in 2 years. I always focused on my sobriety. Can’t get a grip😞

Thanks for being honest and sharing. You are better than me. I would of hid it. Our secrets is what get us. You are taking the right step. Go to a meeting and let the miracle happen. Love ya

Let's pick up the pieces and start again.

Hey! We've all been there. Be kind yourself. I see you're in Bellingham. I'm not too far away, in Quincy. You're in luck because there are great meetings in the area at any given time of day. Take advantage. Wishing you the best!

Progress is not perfection. Nor is it a straight line. When we relapse we learn. When we learn we get stronger. Learning is often uncomfortable. Calculus was difficult. So is sobriety. But you are building your sober muscles. ONE. DAY. AT. A. TIME. :green_heart::pray:
