That's great! It can be weird and confusing at first, but please keep it up. Where else are you going to find a room full of people who know just what you're going through and how to get better? They're all there to support you with compassion and understanding. It's pretty amazing.
I tried aa. Went in by myself and it was extremely awkward. Think I'll try and meet someone prior to attending next time.
