Please don’t feel this way as you are not alone! We all have relapsed… I can’t tell you how many times I have myself. The more important thing is that you keep trying. 🩵

As bad as you feel at the moment, you can make this moment your bottom. You don’t have to keep living this way. There is a solution. There are several recovery programs available today. All it takes is a willingness to try and work with one of them to the best of your ability. You can do it

Ruben: Pick yourself up. Get to a meeting, call someone else in recovery, pray, make an online meeting. Just don't give in to the disease. WE need YOU!!

That is your disease making you think that. We are all here for support. That fact that you came back for help and guidance is a step in the right direction. Sobriety is possible and we are all proof. Welcome back

Meetings. Rehab. Fellowshipping. Tons of tools out there to use. Need to put the footwork in. No magic wands.

Hang in there Ruben. I keep slipping too and I'm alone too. We need to get back up and keep trying. We've got this. Keep reaching out when you feel alone. We are all here for you and with you.

Please don’t feel that way. Get yourself to a detox facility and get on meds for cravings. I felt like you did back in March of 2020. I did that and now will be celebrating 35 months. Do you have kind of recovery team. You need all the resources you can get. My hospital set me up with a counselor, recovery coach , intensive outpatient program and now I do an early recovery. You need help to get out of the h&ll your in. Please start over and search out the help you need. You can’t do this on your own. I tried in 2019 and didn’t work.

Most of us go through many relapses/slips. Just try to make them shorter and shorter in duration and learn something from each time. I .e. I used to relapse for a bout a month or two but my last one was limited to a weekend and then sought help. Sounds like you've caught yours pretty soon. Good luck sir
