It’s gonna be ok..temporary setback..you can go down that rabbit hole of drinking or get back to sobriety. I did it recently. And once again I could not stop drinking. I had 13 yrs and blew it after drinking Heineken 0.0. I drank real beer for 9 mos. straight. I could NOT fix this. I had to run to AA. I would have gotten a 6th DUI; oh it was coming!! I narrowly escaped disaster. A DUI would have ruined my life. And I’d be in county detention. Don’t give up. Drink and go (sober for the drive) to AA. My group supported me every time I showed. It is an environment of love. My bottom this time was feeling absolutely worthless. God doesn’t want his children to feel worthless. I felt like a disgusting piece of trash. I am not destroying myself today.. I regained 10+ mos. alcohol-free.
