And just like that… almost 10 months of progress lost. I will not give up on this.

You haven’t lost that progress Tim, you did ten months of sobriety dude . Sobriety isn’t like being in the playoffs where if you lose your done. You get another chance to improve and get better. Focus on that sobriety championship. You can be a champion.
