So painful having to start all over again, I’m depressed and feel horrible 
why is it so hard to be good, it’s easier being bad!

I felt the same. Until I had enough of the poison and temporary numbness. I left the dark side all for the better. Sobriety is amazing! Give it a go! ODAAT. Wishing you happiness always!!

its all about getting back on the horse as soon as you can and power to you you’ve done it !
Behind every setbacks there is always something to learn from it .
You are not starting over again. You still have a blank canvas in front of you and all the brushes . You just used the wrong one . Be kind to yourself there is no shame its a hard journey and i am proud of you for being able to speak your truth
