Long time no talk, I have a crazy random schedule. But, when I travel for work I am often bored and staring at the hotels ceiling.

Often what helps with that is I look to help more at work and I remind myself that five years ago I was unemployable and that I should be dead or in prison. I need to be bored sometimes, otherwise I am still that guy always looking for stimulation and that nearly killed me. I get it though.

I’m grateful to have work while they stationed me where there is nothing going on, just sitting in a room-staring at the wall, basically. This is depressing.
