I feel like an active life style does help. I just recently got back in my son's life. And that love and spending time with him is a high all in itself im am because of this blessing I too am a little less of an addict

U know listening to Scott..is amazing..i have a sponsor..but long time relapser...i have a very addictive personality...but i was a D 1 College golfer at CU...but now 50 with 6 year old twins I adore
.i just need tob sober.3rd step prayer helps
