Rooting for YOU

Putting myself first in sobriety isn’t selfish—it’s survival. When I don’t protect my own well-being, everything else I care about eventually suffers. I used to think putting myself last made me better, but it was really just slow self-sabotage. Now I know that if I don’t choose myself every day, my addiction will take over—and then I’m no good to anyone!

That mindset right there is what keeps people moving forward. Choosing yourself daily adds up, and it protects everything else in your life too. :muscle: Keep going, you’re doing the work.
