Proud of myself for staying clean for a good amount of time but then yesterday was my birthday and I slipped. Massive regret today. Keeping my mind focused on the present and future and not the past. Much love for everyone here…. 
It’s ok, don’t let that slip set you back. Sometimes things like that happen. Just pick yourself back up and get back on it. Like you said, stay focused on the future. You can determine your own future. You got this man.
