Life is busy. We are complex creatures. And not always creatures of consistency. Especially us, lol. What I'd encourage you to take a look at is the "why". Why have you gotten away from these things? Is it because you feel yourself straying back into old habits? Or is it because you're finding that you're standing on your own and life is getting busy for you to thrive in? There's one that's good and one that's bad there. I exercised a LOT of habits early in sobriety that I honestly don't even deal with these days. Because those early habits were to help keep us sober in our early phase. But once you realize you can swim you're not as apt to keep the floaties on, ya dig? I'm not by any means encouraging you to give up on your tactics that keep you grounded. I'm simply offering a different stance of perspective so that maybe you can shed a little bit of different light in your dilemma to realize if you really have a dilemma at all. Either way. Be good to yourself. Everything else fails if you're mean to you.
Sounds like you know exactly what you need to get back on track! Hugs to you
