I Am A Student Working Towards A Master’s Degree In Alcohol & Drug Counseling With Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders @ Metropolitan State University In Saint Paul, Minnesota, And I Will Be Continuing My Book Smarts Education Until It Matches My PhD. Just Days After Completing Two Separate, 3 Year Contracts With Hennepin & Ramsey County Specialty/Modal Drug Courts, A Bigger Brighter Door Opened Up, After My Favorite Boss/Executive Director/Mentor/Friend… Well Guardian Angel, Kris Kelly, Along With Regions Hospital Headquarters & The East Metro Alliance Put Together Some Brilliant Ideas, And What Seemedy To Be Endless Hours Of Hard Work, Finally Started To Pay Off. I Was Offered To Be Contracted Out To M Fairview/Health East Partners On A 2 Year, $500,000.00 Grant For A 1st Of Its Kind Pilot Program Called The, Mobile SUDS Substance Use Disorder Support Team, Working With Peers In Crisis, Meeting Peers Where They Are At In Their Recovery, Whether It Be In The Emergency Room, At Home, In The Community, Work Place, Or Wherever, To Help Support, Share Resources, Navigate Pathways, Remove Barriers, Avoid Roadblocks, Achieve Goals, Continuing Care Planning, &/Or Maintaining Long Term Recovery Right Along Side Them, Every Step Of The Way.
In My Studies, My Work, And My God Given Natural Talents, Combined With My Lived Life Experiences, I Have Learned About Countless Amounts Of Pathways To Recovery And Wellness By Witnessing Many Spiritual Awakenings From All Pathways To Live A Fulfilled Life In Recovery, All The While Building A Grassroots Community With My Fellow Peers, From The Bottom, Up!
I Have Also Added A Certified Prevention Professional/Specialist Credential Along The Way To Help Aim Towards My Big Long Term Goal, “Prevention” & “The Solutions!”
So I Independently Created All Recovery Coaching Back In 2013, Shaping & Molding It As I Continue My Education, Perspectives, Neutrality, Healthy Routines, & Even A Relapse, Resulting In More Field Research & Development. Ultimately Building A Solid Foundation Of Recovery Capitol.

Recovery Rings Allow You To Keep Recovery Close At Hand As Well As Help Spark Up Much Needed Conversations About Recovery! These Conversations Need To Take Place To Help Raise Awareness And Reduce The Nasty STIGMA Associated With The Disease Of Addiction And Co-Occurring Mental Health Disorders.
