Rule 62: Never Take Yourself Too Seriously

Mindful movement is a big part of my recovery and routine. Some days yoga on YouTube (do yourself a favor and lookup Cole Chance). Often a brisk walk where I put my phone away and hyper focus on each step, the surroundings, etc.

Here in Connecticut we have this group called move 2 Heal that's high intensity group workouts and a meeting but I haven't been able to attend yet. But appreciate the idea. I have found a recovery yoga, in person that is Nice.
