Sad but true

I'm feeling like I'm spinning my wheels and can't shake this rut

Sometimes the best thing to do is stop wheels, turn it over to a higher power focus on what you can do for your recovery just for today and reset your mind to keep your focus and energy on the end goal of why you decided to get sober in the first place. I keep the gift of desperation with me even after 9 yrs sober because that’s always been helpful through hard times but so is prayer and doubling up on my recovery the first year for me was rough in the beginning but became easy the harder part I found was in the later years but I haven’t went through any without the help and support of my fellowship and a higher power

This too shall pass

Wake and promise your self you will not use today don't think long term one day at a time
